1. Annual Merit Award Requirements

Employees who did not complete Annual Education and TB requirements before the Merit impact deadline may complete these requirements during the makeup period by January 30, 2026, to receive Merit. If completed by the deadline, the effective date of Merit would be January 25, 2026, and show in the paycheck on February 13, 2026.

2. Update Personal Information

We are continuing to enhance our employee appreciation and recognition offerings. To ensure you receive any applicable gifts, including service awards, take a moment to update your information on Self-Service.

3. Coverage for 2026 Benefits

All elected benefits for 2026 go into effect on Thursday, January 1, 2026. Employees who elected benefits should check their first paycheck on January 2, 2026, to ensure all benefit deductions are correct.
