AMP Tracers for FY2026 Q2 are Due Soon

Your Quarter 2 AMP Tracers are now open! Leaders with direct reports (or their designees) must complete an HR Department File tracer each quarter to support continuous readiness.
Quarterly tracers align with HR standards, documentation requirements, and staff-related actions leaders should complete each quarter.
The Quarter 2 (January–March) tracer focuses on verification of:
- Initial competency
- Ongoing competency
- Licensure/Certification verification
Leaders may submit individual tracers. However, it is strongly recommended that a single tracer that aggregates results from all leaders in the department is submitted. Please submit the Q2 tracer no later than March 31, 2026.
Accessing Tracers with AMP
1. Log in and add the HR Department File Quarter 2 Tracer (Jan.- March). When submitting an aggregated tracer for your department, list the names of all leaders included in the results in the Note section.
2. Under Service Line Name, select your Service Line, then select your department’s name.
Training
Tracers with AMP Training occurs on the second Wednesday of every month at 1:00 pm. The next training is on April 15, 2026, via this Teams link.
HR Integration Specialists will conduct tracer verification each quarter and follow up as needed. Remember: the HR File Audit is a tool, not a test!
