2026 TB Questionnaire is Now Available

Each year, Northside requires all employees to complete tuberculosis (TB) screening to protect themselves, their colleagues and our patients.

To remain in compliance and eligible for the annual Merit Award, all employees are required to complete the online TB questionnaire. Please complete the Annual TB Questionnaire by clicking the link below and encourage your team members to complete it by the July 31, 2026, deadline.
